  • Technical Identifiers: IP address, device metadata, browser information, and traffic logs collected via analytics platforms including Google Tag Manager.

2. How We Use and Process Data

We process collected data to fulfill our clinical software license obligations, specifically to:

  • Establish secure instances of the Audiere ERP dashboard for clinical networks.
  • Coordinate pure-tone and speech audiometer integrations with clinical devices.
  • Perform localized compliance processing, including GCC-ready VAT accounting calculations.
  • Address technical support tickets, and distribute essential system updates and security alerts.

Data processed by Audiere ERP is protected by multiple layers of enterprise security. We support both:

  • On-Premises deployment: Clinic data is stored locally on your secure, self-hosted hardware, placing complete database control in the hands of the medical organization.
  • Secure Cloud deployment: In-transit and at-rest databases are encrypted using industry-standard protocols with rigorous access controls and role-based permissions (47 modules).
