1. No Medical Advice or Professional Services
Audiere ERP is an administrative and clinical workflow software platform designed to assist audiology and speech therapy clinics with scheduling, serialized inventory management, diagnostic reporting, and office operations. Audiere ERP does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, clinical decisions, or direct patient care advice. All clinical data, audiogram interpretations, patient assessments, and therapeutic programs compiled within the Platform must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed and certified healthcare professional.
2. Limitation of Clinical Liability
Under no circumstances shall Dizzilabs Neuro-Vestibular Research & Development LLC, its managers, members, or employees, be held liable for clinical decisions, patient treatment outcomes, diagnostic errors, or injuries resulting from the use of the Service. Licensed clinical users remain solely responsible for the accuracy of patient health charts, diagnoses, and compliance with local healthcare privacy and operational regulations.
3. Device Integration & Threshold Accuracy
While Audiere ERP integrates natively with third-party audiometers (such as AudioClinica Pro), we do not control, manufacture, or guarantee the operation, calibration, or performance of external diagnostic devices. Users must ensure that connected devices are calibrated and tested in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and international standards (such as ANSI or ISO).
4. System Availability and Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular clinical purpose, or uninterrupted uptime. While we apply standard database encryption and security protocols, we do not warrant that the Platform will be entirely free of technical interruptions, service delays, or errors.
